Possible Secret Santa Possibility!

As the holidays are coming up, I want to do something special for the group, so how about a Secret Santa thing?

But, how should I go about it?

Although I do want to include a lot of people, I also don't want it to be ruined by someone who's just in it to get their character drawn, and to provide very little on their end. I've been around here and other sites long enough to see such things?

So, group Secret Santa. What do you all think?
